21 May

Forza Motorsport 5 Xbox One

You may have heard something about the new Xbox One presented today by Microsoft. We’re quite sure you have. Anyway, at Microsoft Studios they thought that for keep up with the latest announcement of Gran Turismo 6 (that is set to be released on PlayStation 3), they needed to show off a bit. So Forza Motorsport 5 was the reply, and it looks astonishing!

Enjoy the very first announcement trailer, revealed during today’s event.

Well, not yet satisfied? Let’s carry on with some really beautiful screenshots!

Now, we’re not sure (and nobody said anything about it) if those pics are in-game footage or just pre-rendered screens, but if Forza Motorsport 5 will look like this, oh well, farewell GT6…

Anyway, it will be one of the first things we’ll find out about the new Xbox One, as Forza Motorsport 5 will be available at launch.

Sony (kinda) teases the new PlayStation 4 hardware

20 May

ps4 playstation 4

It’s safe to say that the new PlayStation 4 is really good looking. Maybe…if only we could actually see it!

The brand new console from Sony, pictured above, has been teased by the Japanese company in a not-so-clear video uploaded earlier today.

With the promise that the PS4 will be available to admire (and maybe try) at the next E3, here’s the video. Try to spot some shapes, if you can…

Announcement trailer for Gran Turismo 6

15 May

gran turismo 6

Yep, looks like Gran Turismo 6 is really coming, and if it won’t be delayed too much (see: GT5) we will be able to enjoy it on the current PlayStation 3 console (so, no next-gen at all? We’ll see). Now, it’s hard to say what the game will be about, well, it will be about cars, ok, but from a single trailer (below) we don’t want to risk too much by saying that Polyphony Digital guys are doing a great job. You decide.

For now, we just know that the game features 1200 different cars and something like 33 circuits. Not bad at all!

Your move Forza Motorsport.

New trailer (and more) for Killer is Dead

10 May

killer is dead tits boobs

Hyped for the upcoming new game from Suda51? Good! Ready for a shitload of boobs (both virtual and real)? Nice, because a new trailer (the third one) for Killer is Dead is out and it’s all about Mondo’s girls. Enjoy.

Ok, they look pretty amazing (obviously we’re talking about graphics and animations). Now, are you ready for some real boobs? Below you can find the first two videos of the new-born KID TV (KID stands for Killer is Dead), featuring the always gorgeous Jessica “Lollipop Chainsaw’s Juliet” Nigri and other wonderful Japanese babes dressed like female characters from the game. Yep, there is also Goichi Suda (probably) talking about the game, but as we can’t speak japanese, that part of the video wasn’t really appealing for us.

Happy now? Good, said so, we can just hope to get a US/European release date as soon as possible, remembering that the game will be out this Summer.

Bethesda released the first trailer for Shinji Mikami’s The Evil Within

19 Apr

The Evil Within

After some really cryptic vine posts (like this one, this one and this one) Bethesda has finally revealed its new project, and despite all the fans’ odds it won’t be Fallout 4, but The Evil Within.

No excitement? Wait, did we mention that the game will be directed by the father of the survival horror genre Shinji Mikami? Yep, the bloody creator of the original Resident Evil series! In fact, according to Bethesda, The Evil Within will be an old school survival horror! But let’s take a look at the announcement trailer.

The game is planned for a 2014 release on next generation consoles, but for now that’s all we got, apart from those screens below. Said so, it’s safe to say that we’re utterly excited about The Evil Within, especially for our god Shinji Mikami back to the survival horror genre!

Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon looks very badass in this new trailer

12 Apr

far cry 3 blood dragon

Ubisoft is definitely not our favourite software house so far, but we have to admit that this new Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon has our attention. When it was announced last April 1st everyone thought of a very elaborated joke. But we were all wrong! Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon is real, and possibly it will be the weirdest, craziest and badassest (is this a proper word) game you play this year. Basically it seems to be Far Cry 3, but with more cyborgs, neon lights, cool soundtrack, misbehaviours and a lot of 90s in it.

Said so, let’s get down with the announcement trailer

Maybe it’s just us, but this absolutely looks like a well-made mix between Serious Sam and the Duke Nukem Forever we’ve ever dreamed about. In two words: AWESOMELY BADASS!

By the way it’s hard even to say what’s the game really about, but whatever it is, we will be able to see on May 1st 2007 2013, on almost every game system. For now just enjoy the main theme:

First details for Batman: Arkham Origins

9 Apr

BatmanArkhamOrigins

Game Informer has exclusively revealed today the first details about the new Batman game, a.k.a. Batman: Arkham Origins.

The game will be released on October 25th on Wii U, PS3, 360 and PC.

It’s been told also that the developer will be Warner Bros. Games Montreal itself, taking dev duties from the previous Arkham titles developer Rocksteady. Luckily the UK studio has given WB Montreal full access to Rocksteady’ custom modified Unreal engine in order to create another masterpiece (hopefully). The first and only (for now) villain revealed is Deathstroke.

Take a look at this Game Informer exclusive video.
