It’s not a secret that a lot of people would like to play a brand new Star Fox game, and it’s also no big news that Platinum Games’ Hideki Kamiya has previously stated that he’d love to work on the franchise. Platinum Games also has quite a lot of experience developing on the Wii U by now, after Wonderful 101 and Bayonetta 2.
So, a couple of days ago this video emerged from the web, uploaded by an undisclosed user on YouTube.
It supposedly shows a demo versione of what looks like a Wii U version of an upcoming Star Fox game co-developed by Nintendo and Platinum Games.
Well, that’d just awesome. But quite a few doubts come with the video. First of all is why the hell a super top secret code like this one is being played in a home-like environment? Second, why the guy filming always move the camera like a mad man? Third, and most important, why the copyright says 1997-2014 when the first Star Fox came out in 1993?
Judge yourself, but for now we’re calling bullshit on this one.
