The Evil Within

After some really cryptic vine posts (like this one, this one and this one) Bethesda has finally revealed its new project, and despite all the fans’ odds it won’t be Fallout 4, but The Evil Within.

No excitement? Wait, did we mention that the game will be directed by the father of the survival horror genre Shinji Mikami? Yep, the bloody creator of the original Resident Evil series! In fact, according to Bethesda, The Evil Within will be an old school survival horror! But let’s take a look at the announcement trailer.

The game is planned for a 2014 release on next generation consoles, but for now that’s all we got, apart from those screens below. Said so, it’s safe to say that we’re utterly excited about The Evil Within, especially for our god Shinji Mikami back to the survival horror genre!
